World Pool Best Turned Out Yard

For the third consecutive year, World Pool will sponsor the Best Turned Out Yard competition at the Henry Cecil Open Weekend, 20-21 September.

Some of racing’s most successful and historic stables will swing open their doors to the general public and compete to be named World Pool Best Turned Out Yard.

Three separate prizes are on offer, one each for small, medium and large sized yards. The yards are judged on three key criteria:

WELCOME – Being friendly and making people feel comfortable on arrival

EFFORT – Visitor entertainment, refreshments, activities and more

INTERACTION & INFO – Making it an engaging and educational experience for visitors
