World Pool Sponsors Best Turned Out Yard Competition for Third Year Running

World Pool is delighted to continue its support of the Best Turned Out Yard competition at the Henry Cecil Open Weekend for the third consecutive year.

The initiative rewards the yards that make the biggest effort in welcoming visitors, with prizes awarded across small, medium, and large yard categories. Winning yards will receive World Pool trophies along with a range of World Pool merchandise for their teams.

By backing the competition, World Pool is proud to recognise the hard work and creativity of racing staff who help showcase the sport to the public in such a unique and engaging way.

Yards will be judged on three key criteria:

• Welcome – creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for visitors
• Effort – providing entertainment, refreshments, activities, and more
• Interaction & Information – delivering an engaging and educational experience

World Pool, powered and hosted by the Hong Kong Jockey Club, commingles pools from more than 26 countries at over 60 major race meetings each year, including Royal Ascot, Dubai World Cup Day, and Cox Plate Day.
